Smith £20 Note Silver Strip Error

I'm not usually a collector of notes, although I do keep a small collection of LL replacements.
However I was messing with my cash, adding it to the FindLizzy note tracker, when I came across this.

Smith-£20-Note-Silver-Strip-Error

It passes every test for being genuine, and was acquired from a cashpoint so I'm 99.9% sure it is a genuine note.

Any idea how rare this is or how much it's worth ?
