A little late, but this piece really didn't realize what I thought it would. Foreign error coins just don't get the same respect as U.S. coinage, even if they're minted in the U.S. I bet that if the piece had an S mintmark, it might have ended at a higher price.
On a side note, along with the proof U.S. coin dies that were released by the San Francisco mint around this period, mostly 68 and 69, dies from Panama, Philippines, Nicaragua(I believe), and probably other countries were also released.
