I was wondering how commonplace these types of errors are. What should be "PATRONA" on the Madonna side of the coin is "PAISLAI"(aslai is the last 5 letters of the ruler's name Wladislai. On the shield side it has "WLADTRONA",the first 4 letters of the ruler's name plus the remainder of Patrona. There is also a "G" similar to the one in the mintmark in the lower right part of the shield.

Another 1510K-G Hungary denar error. On the shield side, the "W" is double punched and the second "L" in Wlasislai has an "S" punched over it.

Those are interesting! The doubled "W" is really apparent.
