Need help to properly identify a diving goose on the 67 dollar. The ones I have seen all look the same to my eye?

If you orient the queen correctly and then turn the coin on the vertical axis then the goose will be angled down at a 45 degree angle. These are very rare. More common are ones that are around 20-30 degrees so make sure you measure the angle.

I have it in a first day issue envelope stamped 1967 and dont want to take it out to examine it to see if the 45 angle is there. Is there another method to test?

They are mint back door jobs so I would seriously doubt you have one in a Philatelic- Numismatic cover. These coins a are right there with all the 1969 double flip strike cents , and all the rest of that dubious late sixties stuff. Including the 1966 small beads dollar , the double and triple strike 1967 halves and dollars, the 1970 silver fifty cents and on and on .............

Sorry, all it is is a die rotation. No other markers I'm aware of.
