Looks like one of those ebay junk lots that are thrown together by sellers that buy estates and then cherrypick everything of value and then are left with lots of low end stuff like this. RUN don't walk away from a 'deal' like this unless you really want it and can get it for $200 or less. $650 is crazy and with those type of expectations this seller isn't likely worth the time to negotiate with.

By the way to the forum!

Not really sure how anyone could even start to evaluate if anything there is cleaned or not with those pics.

That aside, as said, 200 is about the max I would go on that bunch. Unless I am missing something, there is nothing there out of the ordinary.

When I was buying bulk lots of coins from other people, I always offered 70% of melt value for silver, and anything non-silver (cents, nickels, foreign, etc.) would get a bulk price. I may pay $20 for a medium-sized bag of mixed Lincoln wheats and Buffalo nickels and pay 70% of melt for the silver dollars and Barber dimes, for example. I also had a provision that if a coin was worth more than a certain amount (such as a Morgan dollar being worth $60.00 in its condition) then I would pay them extra for that particular coin. If they don't want to do it, I move on to the next person. No harm, no foul.

I'm a dealer. My bid would be $150, and not more than $175. I would be lucky to make $50 profit on this lot after the fees and whatnot.
