I've been told this is a Scottish medal of a Scottish sport called Shanty/Shantie/Shanti? I haven't heard of that sport before but maybe he is wrong I hope you's can tell me what this is and what its worth. I checked it with a magnet and doesn't stick so it could be silver.
ANY info will be great!

John, it's Shinty, a Scottish game from the same origin as Hurling.
