Is there a bank in Canada that can provide better access to brand new mint rolls, bundles of bank notes, bullion purchasing options, or any other treats for numismatists?
Is there a specific bank that the mint provides better service to?
I'm willing to uproot all my banking services to switch to a bank that can better serve my hobby/addiction...

It is my experience that there is no bank that currently would be able to serve all of your desires. I would say your best bet is to actually use multiple banks and find a specific branch of each bank that you can get to know some of the staff so they can keep an eye out for certain things for you. I have a couple BOM's, a few Scotias, a couple RBCs, and a TD Canada Trust that have really helped me out.
As for bullion purchasing, I don't believe any Canadian bank has good reasonable priced reasonable prices for bullion. You'd be better off going with someplace look SilverGold Bull or Border Gold or..?

Scotia Bank has long been a bullion supplier, but I doubt they will be cheaper than a recognized FX dealer or coin dealer that also sells bullion...
In each city, there probably is a main branch of each bank.....I would presume that they would see more volume of everything, including supplies from the mint.

My bank. The tellers know me personally, and I usually bring in some Starbucks Latte's for them... they give me everything odd, like errors, silver, old bank notes and even a solid number bank note, etc...

Get to know your bank tellers, be nice to them...
