this coin was identified for me on UKDN by pops
looks like WILLELM B as the moneyer so the mint will be London, and id say possibly a class 5b2...but with little detail on the obverse I am only going by the curls.

I was wondering what single letter in the moneyer's legend would have a stop before and after it! In retrospect, clearly ...M-B-O..., for WILLEM-B-ON-LVND. But isn't 5b2 felt to be a class of King John pennies?
