Hi, I already said hello in the main intro forum but I thought I'd break my duck over here as well.

I got these today:

$40

About 40 NCLT RAM $1 issues. That makes 180 down and at least 50 to go?

Cheers,

Rob.

r9453

I am also an avid collector of $1 coins
If they are a standard size coin I will get them all.
I also include the proofs and silver proof coins into my collection.
I have 187 different coins so far and I recon there could be another 100 or so to get to get the set up to date.
Each year there are more and more of these minted so it is pretty expensive keeping up with the mintages.

Thanks trout1105:

"If they are a standard size coin I will get them all."

Do you mean, for instance, those Anzac Day coins from Perth? I don't go for that, just the RAM issues for me.

Gee, I reckon if you include proofs and silver proofs it could be more than 300 all up. Depends on what you define as in or out, of course.

"Each year there are more and more of these minted so it is pretty expensive keeping up with the mintages."

Exactly right, don't I know it.

Cheers,

Rob.
