I dusted my old Garrett GTA 1000 off and finally got off my butt to do some metal detecting. It has been sitting in the closet for at least 15+ years. I checked a local ballpark at a local Moose lodge. I was told it was formerly the site of the home for the land owners family. The home was torn down in the 50's but was built in 1810.
I found lots of iron junk, some old wheatback pennies, a nice pewter picture frame (about 3"x2") and this old railway token from Milwaukee, WI. Now it ended up in Virginia is anybody's guess. Turns out it is very rare and I have already been offered $500.00 for it.

Sweet. Do the research. Flip the picture of the reverse, in your mind, and it looks as if a shuttle is being piggy-backed.

Get off your butt more, my friend.
