Was There Ever A Series 1996/2004 $5 Bill Error Reported?

What I mean is, was there ever a report of an error Series 2006 non-coloried $5 bill printed on a NexGen sheet of paper so that a non-colorized bill had the numeral "5" watermarks instead of just the Lincoln face watermark? Or was there ever a NexGen Series 2006 $5 bill printed on a sheet of paper with the Lincoln face watermark, instead of the numeral "5" watermaks?

I thought one of these errors would have surfaced eventually, especially by now. Or is it possible that these errors do not exist?
