Here are X3 old 19/20th C medals and awards ,, incl a Earl Haig award for merit with bar 1929 a Wiltshire presentation ,, Also x2 old antimony historical medallions 1887 Jubille and a Jo Chamberlan type

John, you nearly went head to head with me on these but I decided to go with another lot. You've done very well indeed at that price and even without seeing them up close there's defnitely at least a tenner profit. Send me pics when you csn and I'll give you a much better idea. Was it 3 or 4 medals, the listing wasn't too clear.

Wow small world lol, I sure will Bob I will receive in about 4 days (btw your cardboard for those car tokens was great help as the original one got creased down the middle in the post!!

The greyish-coloured ones aren't made of antimony. They're made of "white metal", a tin-lead alloy (which may have some antimony in it as well) which was often used for cheap souvenir medals and trinkets prior to the invention of a way to make aluminium cheaply.
