The term BU is even more loosely applied by people selling coins and can refer to Proof Like, Brilliant Uncirculated, Circulation coin from mint roll, nice looking circulation coin I found in my pocket last week etc. Just ignore it unless it as printed on a TPG certificate or also includes information on the source (mint roll = circulation, cut from pliofilm = PL or NBU depending on the date etc).

Charlton 2013 Vol 1 gives the following for the 2006 double date w/ ML on top MS 65 NC (Note this would appear as MS 65 NBU on an ICCS certificate) $15 MS 66 NC $25 MS 67 NC $45

In 2006 twoonies where struck in:
Proof - 2 types Specimen - 1 type Proof like - 2 types Circulation - 3 types
One could also include the test token and the 3 concept pieces for a complete set.

There's 4 2006 coins in circulation
1 - Which is the same as 2003 to 2005 coins, Maple Leaf on top and date on bottom
2 - Anniversary date on top, Mint logo on bottom and Churchill bear on reverse
3 - Anniversary date on bottom, Maple Leaf on top regular polar bear on reverse
4 - Which is the same as 2007 to 2011, date on top Mint Logo on bottom and regular bear on reverse
I have 1, 2, and 4 but cant seem to come across the 3rd one

i wonder if I can ask this in here since the topic is close? on this site it appears that the RCM logo with one date is worth more than the regular maple leaf one. http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins...rs-1996-2013however my search through my spare change bin gives me slightly less of the RCM ones than regular. are these really worth hanging on to, or are they both just as common as each other?

thank you. I guess the real question I should have asked is if the RCM ones are any rarer than the maple leaf ones, since in the ones I went through, it seems they are just about even?

#3 was not a circulation coin. You will need to get this one from a mint set.
