Jimjumper Valued Member United States 331 Posts	Posted 05/16/2013 10:08 am I did a tour of the Federal Reserve in LA during the ANA Money Show a few years ago. They have a machine that checks for altered, damaged, and counterfeit notes and they check all incoming notes. The "Where's George" notes are pulled and destroyed as defaced there. Some notes will circulate for a long time before passing through a Federal Reserve but when they do they are picked out and destroyed. Report this Post to the Staff
