As I have started to get into collecting, I determined I really like coins with deep cameo. I found a lot of 10 coins on another site at a great price and figured there had to be at least a few in there. Besides the fact that nearly all have that deep cam effect , this was in the group. My scanner is not the greatest at the moment, but hopefully you get the idea. Not sure if people are faking these but any reason not to think it's the real deal? Looks practically a gold color.

The cent you have shown is a Denver minted piece and the Denver mint does not issue proof coins. Your cent may be highly polished but it is hard to tell from your photo.

Got it, thanks. Can polishing make a regular penny look yellow/gold in color?

Yes, there are many ways to alter the surface of a coin.
