I take it back. If they accept my 49c bid, I still have to pay $4.95 shipping. Still a bad deal!

Its "deals" like this that drive new collectors out of the hobby, they find out later that they made a bad purchase, and they are not going to risk it again. Sellers like this should be ashamed of themselves!

I will have to disagree with that, but they are certainly not worth $200. Like numismo said, I wouldn't pay $5!

Just playing devils-advocate here...

These 3 are far, farrr....wayyyyy farrrrr away from a 70 grade.

That being said, the coins in the photos do have MS qualities. Cartwheel luster shows on all 3. They don't appear to have been replated. I'm willing to bet that the '43d shown is as least MS64. The philly mint would probably hit 64 as well. I can't tell if the S-mint is an actual S-mint in the photos.

All of them appear to still have original, cartwheel, mint luster. That's my main concern whenever I look at '43 steel.

It's back! ...with seven declined offers (Dec 2011 to Mar 2012).

I think that it is the title as to why no one is bidding seriously;

1943 PDS LINCOLN MEMORAL STEEL CENT BU UNC MINT STATE

I better check to see if I have a memorial steel cent in my collection.

Must of ran out of title letters to modify Memorial.
