I was checking some of my 1964 cents and I have a lot about 1000 from a mint bag. I noticed the stem next to the bud was a bit different. Here is a scan from most of the coins no. 1

Different-1964-Centbut the second scan looks flat at the top with a small bud attached.

The pictures are reversed as the second photo is a regular cent.
