I don't like it in any way. It seems to me a cookie.

It does look a bit like a cookie, but that could persuade me to get one.

That's some fancy work with the icing

I kinda like the idea of a maple in the middle and other smaller ones around it. What would have been cool is if the central maple was incused into the coin, not just flat.

After seeing the coin now, I'll be passing on this coin. Not even worth it's weight in silver. The mint butchered this coin.

It's hard to tell from the fuzzy photo, but I think it's a pretty good looking coin.

I respect your opinion arianzo, but your comparison may annoy fellow member cookiecutter.

It is a very good looking coin, unfortunately my photo taking skills sucks (using an iphone).

Anyone in the downtown toronto area is more than welcome to come and take "real" photos or teach me how to take pics - lol

It's like the maple leaf has no identity. Too much confusion looking at it.

the concept is very simple, The big maple in the center is Canada and the bunch of maple leafs of different sizes represents Canadians of all sort of different backgrounds.

Good looking coin, would buy the same, but an 1oz...
due to bigger size it could contain bigger maple leafs.
