Hey everyone,

I don't know anything about ancient coins. Can any of you help me ID this based off the picture?

Thanks

Almost certainly Roman. Probably late (4th or, if you're lucky, 5th century).
I can't say anything more from this small picture; possibly (but unlikely) some actual experienced people could, for example, name the exact emperor (or at least pin it down by style to something slightly more precise than "probably after 300 AD").

The back side is too faded. I can't read any of the letters on the front.

hmmmm...yeah, I don't think we can go much beyond "4th century roman bronze coin". it may end in "nobc", I would guess it is costans, constantius ii, constantius gallus, or jullian ii.

Echizento is right with this hair and withouth a pearl crown I say Costantius Gallus or Julian the apostate as caesar(without beard).

Bust style is Diademed, and the hairstyle reminds me most of Constantius II.
