It's a somebody Furst Von something on the obverse, so it pretty much has to be from some kind of German statelet (and even if not a statelet coin, it's certainly German).
Unfortunately, on the pic, it's pretty hard to see either of the actual names, so it would be nigh-impossible to say anything more detailed (I can guess that the "something" is probably XXXmark - but I checked a nigh-complete list of German statelets and found nothing that could possibly fit, except Denmark which this is not).
It's probably possible to see the full obverse legend on the actual "coin"; if so, please post it (since it would narrow the searching field considerably).

It says "Otto Furst Von Bismark" on the coin. It's a little hard to see on the picture since I took it with my IPhone.
