These are both, as they state on them, 10 cash coins from the Republic of China. They are, essentially, identical to each other. They have no date or mintmark on them, but we know from contemporary sources these coins were made in Changsha, Hunan province, around the year 1920. My Woodward catalogue of Chinese 10-cash coins lists it as number 1007, die pairing O-19; I believe it is the type listed as KM/Y# 306.1 in the Krause catalogues. NGC database page.
