I'd say it looks VF by traditional grading standards which aren't very reliable when applied to coins this old. Yours is a nice, evenly struck example, cleaned at some point, with minimal wear. Quite often the faces detail on these 'Three Brothers' coins is worn off. This one deserves better than VF based on overall eye appeal. Nice piece.
