You can join the ANA and do the submissions to NGC yourself. It is one of the perks for being a member.

That's good advice, however I only have 2 coins to get graded by NGC a 1898 10 cents Straits Settlement and Canadian 1914 $5 gold GV. I do not collect any US coins and I usually use ICCS for grading my coins, however for Gold (soft metal) I prefer a solid holder.

I know Universal Coins in Ottawa but they are PCGS dealer and I have a a little preference for NGC over PCGS. Not sure why and maybe someone could advise me otherwise

Thanks !

I don't know anyone in Ottawa who sends to NGC anymore. Sean Isaacs, out in Almonte, also now sends coins to PCGS.

Thanks SPP, I believe you had referred me to Universal coins? Whom did you say to ask for?

What is your preference NGC or PCGS?

I didn't know that. I had been looking for a dealer (in Canada) who sends coins to PCGS.

Thanks

Does anyone have a phone # for this Sean Isaacs. I've got 5 gold coins I'd like to send in and was just going to sign up for a year, but the base cost is over $200 +. I'd like to find out what it would cost send them through this dealer. thanks
