This is from an ebay listing I'm checking out. I'd like to know the grade - getting all the 1908 Austrian commemoratives in UNC is a long-term goal for me, but I haven't even seen one of these in hand so I don't know how to handle these blurry, discoloured pictures. (Does it make UNC? The beard looks a bit worn)
