Extra Thick Taiwanese Coin?

I bought this uncirculated (Taiwan Y-545) 10 cent piece some years ago as being on an "Thick Planchet".
Measured through the plastic in which it is sealed gives a thickness of 2mm. (Any distactions are on the plastic; the coin is BU).
