hi guys is this a lamination issue.plus legends look they have some kind of injection doubling..not sure

interesting the boat area seems different then the rest of coin..im not sure also it looks like accumulation on legends not sure hard to tell

there is doubling in 10 cents and also on canada..but the surface of boat and sails are very different from rest of coin,,

yeah I can see that but I not sure how this happen maybe a plating issue
