$50 Note ( With Mint Stamp Mark )? Help!

I went to the bank this morning to turn in this Weekend's noddling shrapnel, I got handed back 10 $50 note's. I am a L no, P Plater of Coin's. Only collected what was needed in note's ie; Pre-dec, Commonwealth, CO/Australia, & our polymer Note's! ( Really can not afford note's ). Long story short, I have a $50 Note with a Stamp mark on it? Can someone Please tell me what I have here, as I have no Idea? I have a faint memory of a similar type of thing but I have no clue what it mean's? or if anything! Waiting in antisapation.
