Most likely would be Constantine but the bust looks different from most I've seen. Maybe Maximinus II or less likely Licinius Report this Post to the Staff

The obverse legend is IMP CONS(TANTINVS P F AVG) Reverse is SOLI INV-I-CTO COMITI so off to the RIC... There are no letters in the field, no stars, no crescents which brings me to RIC VII, Rome 56 - Sol radiate, standing l., raising right hand globe in left, chalmys across l shoulder, no captive.
