Coins1989 Valued Member United States 136 Posts	Posted 07/12/2013 11:44 am We are staying in Winnipeg for a few days week after next, I just learned our hotel is almost directly across the street from the mint. I don't collect Canadian coins but am wondering if anyone else has done a tour and would you recommend it? Report this Post to the Staff

I went to the RC mint in Ottawa and it was great and it was a reasonable price. fun for the whole family no doubt you should check mint.ca for more info. Report this Post to the Staff

There are some good displays and you get to look down on the production area. The admission price was very reasonable and there was a good shop. I'd definitely recommend it.
