Hello guys,

I found a coin of Sicily, Panormos in quite a good condition.
What is it for kind of coin? Is there someone who can tell me more about it?
Is it a common one?

2.6 gram; 14 mm, both of them

Here are some ways to look for more information on coins such as this (and others you have been posting). This is what we do when you ask for info about your coins, unless the person answering just happens to know the coin by sight.

1. Try searching on http://www.wildwinds.com. Look for matches or near-matches by the thumbnail pictures; click the text link for additional information.
2. Try searching various websites which have dozens or hundreds of pictures of coins. One I've found useful is http://www.ancientimports.com
3. Read through the 'sticky' thread "Books, Downloads, Websites" on this forum.

Once you get a more complete attribution you can use that information to google for even more details about your coin. You can search ebay and other sites to see what they have sold for in the past, for example.
