baguio,

You may want to try posting this coin in the World Coin forum as it may bring some more hits to your question. Sorry, but I can't help with either question.

It is KM#147, I would put the condition at AF (About Fine) with a numismatic value of around $6US. Actual silver weight (ASW) is .3756 which would give it a bullion value of $4.85US. I don't have a Krause catalog so I can't give you a mintage figure but someone will come along with that.

If you want to look up this information yourself this is the place to do it. It's the best online resource I have been able to find for world coins as I can't afford Krause catalogs at the moment.

My guess is VG-10.
12.9800g, .900 Silver, that is, as Irishraider said .3756 oz ASW.
There are three variations of your coin: 1868, 18 68 overstruck (1858) and 1868 overstruck (1867).
423,000 pieces were struck in 1868 (of all three types). Between 1869-1874, other 200,800 pieces were struck.
