I agree with IndianGoldEagle leave it where it is. Cause I do believe they would lower the grade for sure.

That's the point. If they lower the grade they have to pay me the 65 price or return the coin at the lower grade and pay the difference between 65 and wherever it ends up. That way I don't have to worry about selling a 63 coin in a 65 holder when the time comes. I can just get most of my money back and own a honest graded coin.
