These are neat!

I think the extra bag marks may be due to extra handling during the colourization process - colourized Canadian (note: since it's only Commonwealth nations who have done this, let's keep the "u" in) quarters are fairly scarce in really nice condition. I like the purple, though!

Some people THINK they have but most of the have been "Created" Errors, NO paint or weak Colour can ALL be created using Sunlight and acetone.
Yours is simply the paint falling off the coin and NOT an error.
When these first came out you could only get them in a wee mint baggie of 5 coins.
The one I received had flecks of purple in the baggie with the coins.

Unbelievable
Sounds like an ebay add to me.
Besides the fact that the Royal Australian Mint Doesn't do appraisals and verifications on coins anymore

The Canberra mint NEVER minted this coin , They all came from RAM
