Not sure if it is the one, but the only one that came up for me on ebay was a 1857 listed as a 1875. Coins struck after 1861 no longer make any mention of Sardinia. The link noahs-numismatics posted in his answer above is the closest you'll get to an official book value for this coin in an NGC slab.
