I recently purchased one of the above sets and I am very pleased with it )
I would like to ask a couple of questions - the coins are in capsules but area little loose in the presentation case, is this normal for Canadian sets ?
Also the one ounce high relief coin is not in a normal flat capsule, it has three tabs inside which elevates the coin a little inside the capsule ?

I don't have the set myself (gold is mostly out of my price range!) For the sets I do have, the coins are normally snug if there is an indent below or a ribbon to remove them. If these ones are too small for either of those then they may be a bit looser to facilitate removing them.
The special capsules for the high relief coins are normal. They prevent the higher design from rubbing against the plastic of the capsule.

If anything my experience with RCM cases is that the capsules fit too tight.
