The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United nations (FAO) has through its member nations issued thousands of different coins since the Coin Programme was introduced in 1968.

However only one FAO banknote has ever been issued

Here it is - note that the number starts with FAO

It was issued by Jamaica in 1973 and only 20,000 of them were issued.
