I have a chance to buy this 1918 St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank Note...As you can see it is in poor condition,,,but,,,with bank signatures of Attebery/Biggs,,it is very rare...In this condition,,,would you collect this note? Do you guys think rarity trumps condition here? Don't see these very often,,,,Not sure if there is a market for them.......Any Opinions,Please on the value of this note....Being offered at $250....Thanks
