Garage Sale Find Today

I passed by a house on the way home today and they were having a yard sale, I like to check these out although my finds at these yard sales are not good coin wise, today however was quite different, the owner is moving from Maryland to New Mexico, I ask my normal question as to whether they have coins for sale, answer is always no, he says no, then he says not in this yard sale anyway, so I ask, what do you have, I bought a mercury set missing only 7 dimes, you can pretty easy figure out what 7 that is, bought a buffalo set missing only 15, this had a 21s in ag3, I bought both sets at a reasonable price after the back and forth offers, then he tells me he has morgans, peace, Standing Liberty quarters, heart is now in full racing mode, then he tells me they are not for sale, heart stops beating, left him my number telling him morgans are heavy, gas to New Mexico is expensive, lighten the load, he is thinking about it.
