I think this is an unrecorded T under second N GVLIELMS unbarred A's 1/2 penny.

Trouble is ALL pre 1701 copper was without quality control there could be thousands of varieties.
Dr Nifferent. dicholson attempted but never completed the task.
Even every pre 1775 copper pieces look different.
