My dad just brought this home asking if it might have any extra value which I'm unsure. It's a series 1990 with a partial bleed through? Not sure if that's what it would be called.

Put it on ebay, you never know. I also like the old style of those bills.

I must have missed the bleed through earlier. Very nice. Sadly. Still not enough for a big premium but should be worth more than face on ebay, as mentioned.
