I see some sellers include the condition: "Paypal & Shipping Addresses Must Be The Same"

Why is that? Is it important?

It is important that you ship only to the Paypal confirmed address on the buyers' Paypal account. Otherwise you can get burned.

I use two Paypal addresses. One for my home address and one with a US address for those sellers who refuse to ship to Canada.
