I have this 1859 double punch 9 in an older ICCS holder. Its currently graded AU55 and labeled as DP#2. However, I believe it to be conservetly graded and mis attributed. To me it looks like DP#4. So my two questions are this...Would PCGS grade this as MS60BN or MS62BN, and will they recognize this as DP#4?

They will, but it will cost extra. A friend had several 1859 varieties graded and attributed by PCGS earlier this year.
