Caster is a model of pachinko machine manufactured by the Maruhon Company (Japan). This is apparently a pachinko token associated with it.

How strange to pick something like this up in southern US. I travel quite a bit here in Texas and must have gotten it back in change somewhere. Thank you for the info.

Not strange at all, as there is a large group of people in the US that have the pachinko machines and have lots of tokens, just do a search on Amazon for pachinko tokens they sell in lots of 100's 500's etc.
