Looks to be VOT X MVLT X X. Hard to sayw ithout it in hand. I think the end reads DIVS PF AVG - making it arcadius. Perhaps Theodosius - is it SIVS or DIVS? Possibly RIVS, but honorius didnt seem to issue Votive types.

There is a coin like that of the founders of various veteran colonies with them ploughing the land. Took me a long whileto learn the various coin types. Have you got Tesorillo bookmarked? It might help to click through a few of the pages there to help you get used to the shapes of the common designs.

I do use tesorillo. Always ends up as constantine when I use it.

i would guess arcadius, looks a bit more DIVS to me...but not sure.
