With this being only a 2006, it ain't no silver cert. If you are curious, that are probably extensive lists online of rare serial numbers. I am no expert on bills, as I myself am a coin guy.

Print run of 3.2 million according to http://www.uspapermoney.info so it's a spender in that condition.

It's a spender, no matter what. Any star in lower than EF-40 from after 1996, I spend. I don't even check the serial, or the run.
