I just pulled this out of a dealer's Junk box, but I'm not sure what to make of it. the lion on the reverse was used in many countries during this time, so I'm not sure that that design feature helps to narrow it down. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Looks almost like 1719. The words "BON NIA OOH?" are also present. Never heard of it, but if you look at the edges, it definitely looks like it wasn't made in a proper mint. Who is to say that it was even made to be legal currency at all, but rather a token or some sort?
