it looks like is thicker then normal,i have a chinese coin that looks exactly like yours still dont,t no what happen

Looks like a minor DD on parts of this Canadian penny, but I could be wrong.

I've got a few double die 1 cent pieces that show that exact doubling . What about the face ? Usually when the crown shows doubling the face can be quite noticeable . I've found a lot of doubles in 97 and 98 . That one looks very nice !!

The face seems normal I don't see any doubling.
When I search my rolls I always checked 1999 and I never seen anything like this only double dates.
