Has anyone bought or sold to Northwest Territorial Mint? I'm wanting to learn about your experience, especially with? It looks like you could more than by pass local buyers. Also, I was wondering if anyone had experience with similar operations in Texas.

Their shipping delays tend to run on the long side. They have however set up an additional production line, which should diminish that problem. Unfortunately, the last I heard was that they've got some bugs in the new line that they haven't worked out yet, so it wasn't up and running then. That was a month ago, so it may be up and running by now. Does anybody else know if it is?

lost a word I noticed. It should say: "I'm wanting to learn about your experience, especially with selling to them."

Ive never sold to them, but I did buy some of the silver bullet bullion bullets from them. Like Freddy mentioned shipping took awhile but other than that I have no complaints

Call their 800 tel# and talk to them. They'll give you the full scoop on how the drill goes when you sell to them. I've talked to them several times and always found them to be knowledgable, courteous and efficient/effective in their responses.
Edit---Provident is in Lavon, TX (if that's anywhere near you).

John, I live 5 min. from NWTM, as a walk in they put you at the back of the line, the one's taking the money were nice, but they would say a week or two, the ones filling the order jerks, end up 2 month's. I did sell some silver to them, very nice didn't pay out any better than your local coin store... My opinion management sucks, will NOT do business with them again...

Interesting, I've talked to them on the phone. They indicated they paid slightly above melt on large sells to them and took everything - no matter condition. Appeared better than local coin dealer here. Eng5858: Sounds like you didn't have a very good experience.

Fat Freddy: I haven't talked to Provident, buy looks like they're paying $18.29 with minimum sell of $1000. Lavon, TX isn't close, but what is in Texas. Might be an alternative.

That is what their web page says, but appears too high. I will have to call.

I called Provident; they appear to be a viable alternative.
