I suspect it is Constantine, but the reverse does not appear in any of the on-line searches that I have done.

I see the Const... and blur on the obverse.

I see that is it two soliders standing between a single standard, but the CONST at the bottom of the coin is now what I am seeing in the resources. I have included both pictures and a link to higher resolution pics in Imgur

Constantine the Great it is. CONST is the mintmark for Arles while it was renamed Constantina. There's usually another letter before CONST to indicate the officina. Something not too dissimilar to RIC VII Arles 394 on this Wildwinds page.

Getting much closer than I was an hour ago. Are there that many variations of each issue? Seems I get close to the actual attribution, but it is off slightly.

There are a lot of variations and subvarieties within each type of late Roman bronze. It depends on the mint, but the variations or this type usually hang on the number of soldiers, the number of standards and spears they are holding, the symbols depicted on the standards and any letters or symbols that might be fluttering about in the background. This is besides the usual variety-makers of the location of any legend divisions and the exact symbols used for the mintmark.

To help you attribute the exact type, try going to Helvetica's Identification help page and download the xls file for "Soldiers and Standards".

Definitely Constantine I - the bust looks a lot like Constantius II, but the legends dont happen like this for him. But I dont think its from Constantia (Arles) but from Constantinopolis. There are 2 coins it could be - both rated R1 (rare). But they arent really - dont let it fool you!

THIS:
Constantine I CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG ROSDC GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS CONSA o on banner Constantinople RIC VII Constantinople 137 r1 335-337 AD yes

OR THIS:
Constantine I CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG ROSDC GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS CONS delta o on banner Constantinople RIC VII Constantinople 137 r1 335-337 AD yes

I think the last letter is Gamma which would make it CONS gamma RIC VII Constantinople 149 R3.
