It's a "cash" coin of the Chinese Empire, Ch'ing (Manchu) dynasty. The reign title is difficult to make out because of the wear, but appears to be the extremely common Ch'ien Lung, 1736-1795. The mint mark is a little more distinct, & appears to be "Boo Ciowan", Board of Revenue, which is also very common.
